Radio DGH, as a registered charity,
is funded entirely from donations and sponsorship. Part of this
involves us attending as many events as possible to help raise
money to keep the station running, either to pay our day to day
expenses such as fixing our equipment or generally maintaining
it, or for saving up for future projects.
If you are running an event, or
know of one that we could attend, we would love to hear from you.
Depending on the type of event, we can attend with a stall, such
as a tombola, or even bring along our outside broadcast equipment
and play out some background music or assist with announcements.
We are very versatile and can work with whatever space is available.
In return, we can help give publicity
to your event through mentions on air and our website. As we broadcast
for twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, this will help
to give your event maximum exposure to both patients and their
visitors at Eastbourne's District General Hospital, as well as
to an infinite amount of visitors to our popular website.
